Returns & Refunds Policy
30-Day "No Hassle" Satisfaction Guarantee - Knuckle Pod Mounts
This policy applies exclusively to products within the Steerable Knuckle Pod Fog Light Mounts collection.
We stand behind the quality of our products, and our 30-day "No Hassle" Satisfaction Guarantee allows you to return any mount set within 30 days of receiving it for a full refund, provided the product is in useable condition. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, and unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable.
If the product arrives damaged, please contact us before returning it.

General Return Policy
Our standard return policy is valid for 30 days from the date you receive your order. Unfortunately, after this 30-day window, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. All returned items are subject to a 5%-15% restocking fee depending on condition
To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in the same condition as when received, and preferably in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Apparel
- Stickers and other branded items
- Products showing signs of use, either on or off-road
- Hood Vents, Bumpers, Rock Sliders, Fenders
- Any items larger than 24"W x 24"L and/or weighing 60 lbs or greater may not be eligible for return.
A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your return.
Partial Refunds (if applicable)
Partial refunds may be granted under the following circumstances:
- Items with visible signs of use
- Custom or build-to-order products, including items with tubing
- Products that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or have missing parts not due to our error
- Returns made more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a specified period. Refunds may be subject to processing fees of up to 6% for orders exceeding $250.
Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as there may be a delay in posting.
- Contact your bank, as some processing time is required before a refund is posted.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds; sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace items that are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email us at orders@gatekeeperoffroad.com and send the item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift certificate will be issued. If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be processed to the original purchaser.

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, and these costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over $75, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.
