3½ bracket was to big for my current pocket being 3½. I just believe it was do to the bigger radius of the bracket. Nice piece well made. I had to cut off about an ⅛ on the thickness to where the plate bracket would be on the trailer. No big deal. Overall I recommend this product and would buy again. Well packaged and shipping was average.
